Excellent Service.
This was our first time going with an agency and we are very happy with our au pair Maria. We were stressed as we had a bad experience before. I called Spanish Au pair in and they did the family consultation that evening. Three days later we had Marias profile. She ticked all the boxes and she was able to come a week after the offer. She has now been with us for 10 weeks and she is part of our family. We have peace of mind leaving the house in the morning knowing our kids are in capable hands. Great service and we will be telling others.

Your agency has surpassed itself with placing Lourdes with us. As you are aware it was our first time hosting an Aupair and you Paul made this process much easier with all your practical advice and information. Lourdes is a delight to have with us and she has fitted into our family as though she was always here. I highly recommend this agency and find it very reassuring to have Paul and his team at the other end of the phone should the need arise. The kids love her.

Great Agency

We were thinking of getting an Au pair for months. Called Paul and he put us at ease straight away. We had our family consultation two days later. We had a profile after two weeks and Ana’s profile ticked all the boxes. She has been with us for 1 month and she is like one of the family. The kids love her. Highly recommend using Spanish Au pair.

Fantastic Service.

We originally found an au pair on a public web site she looked great on paper. She turned out to be completely unsuitable and we asked her to leave. In an utter panic I contacted Paul and his team at Spanish Au Pair.com. He was wonderful and reassuring and within a week had found us Cintia, the most amazing au pair in the world. She’s a complete professional! And is a Spanish Mary Poppins! It’s a wonderful service and already I’ve been in contact to arrange another au pair through the agency as Cintia has to return to Spain. I highly recommend this agency and find it so reassuring to have them there.

We are very happy with the service provided by Spanish Au Pair – we were surprised by how quickly we were presented with very high quality candidates and also we found meeting Paul in person very helpful. Tania has settled into our family very quickly – she is kind, intelligent, helpful and has plenty of energy to entertain 2 busy boys.

A colleague recommended Spanishaupair.ie to us and we were delighted that she did. Having had no success with other agencies and quickly running out of time, we found Paul was very quick to respond to our family’s needs. Our daughter has a medical condition that requires medication to be given several times a day so we needed an au pair that had a high level of English and able to follow instructions well. Paul very quickly found us a suitable candidate, who are daughter loves! Not only that, but Paul has made sure that since her arrival that we are happy with how things are going and has also checked with our au pair to make sure she has settled in well. All in all, we were delighted with the service offered.

From my first enquiry,the response has been excellent, quick, efficient and helpful. I was most impressed that Paul took the time to visit us in our home, thereby understanding our requirements. We are awaiting our new aupairs arrival,confident that Paul has found the right Au Pair for us !

Having decided to change from crèche childcare to live in au pair. We were very anxious to ‘get it right’ first time. Finding Spanish Au Pair online I felt immediately relieved to see a professional and bright website that answered all my concerns first off. I knew after talking to Paul (hands on owner) that he immediately understood my situation and would be able to help. He visited our home within days of my initial call. It was super to meet and see the face behind the company. I’m sure it was good for him to meet our family and be in a position to confirm to our aupair she was moving to a nice and happy home. It took awhile to find our Au Pair and during this time Paul was most reassuring and helpful. We did try other options but they seemed second rate compared to spanishaupair.ie. None suggested they visit our home for example. The most important aspect I think is worth mentioning is Spanish aupair recommend aupairs who have experience working with children. They also manage police checks and references for you. They will assist with any issues during the au pair’s stay. Helping both the Au Pair and the family. Our au pair has arrived. She has settled in really well, is great with the kids and is already part of our family.

After two years with a different agency we were about to give up on au pairs altogether as we had had a couple of really bad experiences with unsuitable girls and felt we had little support from the agency. We emailed Paul one weekend and he replied that day. He explained that, as an agency, they try to match a suitable au pair to a particular family so we said we would give it one more try. He was very patient when finding us a match and gave really good advice about the Skype interviews. Diana arrived two weeks ago and, from the very start, it has been great. She is a lovely, mature young girl and great with our two children. Have recommended to all our friends…Thank you to Paul and the team.

We emailed Paul and he did the house call the following day. After a week we got Marinas profile and she joined our family the week after. She is a great Au pair and the whole process was so quick and professional. Well worth it.
